- The vineyard was established in the 1970's and the owners have committed to the "Freshcare Australian Wine Industry Standard of Sustainable Practice". They do heaps of cool stuff with the wetlands on their property, like preserving endangered species by creating breeding sites for them and pushing back against non-native flora and fauna. 
- Stainless ferment. Aged in neutral French oak. Partial malolactic fermentation. Made in an anaerobic environment to retain the finer aromatics and freshness.
- The Chardonnay is a pale-straw, generous wine with notes of pear, peach and stonefruit, as well as some classic buttery secondary characters. It also has a strong, refreshing acid line, carrying it through for a long finish.
