Colour: Clear, bright pale straw with clear edges
Aroma: Very complex with lemon pith, finger lime, plum blossom, elder-flower and just hint of struck match from time on lees.
Palate: Characters of fresh yuzu, longan and dragon fruit, great acid drive with wonderful length and freshness. This wine has amazing texture from time on skins and a lovely creaminess from the time on lees with lees stirring.
