Aspect
A golden, limpid wine
Nose
A complex and intense nose of apples and pears with notes of acacias, apple blossom and brioche.
Mouth
Delicate and fine bubbles are found in this pleasurable wine with subtle flavours of white flowers and green fruit. It is very aromatic and exhibits perfectly the freshness and minerality of its terroir with a very elegant and persistent finish.

Serve during the aperitive, or paired with seafood, shells, grilled fish, creamy poultry and desserts
