Established in 1830, Yoshino Shuzo is currently run by the families 12th generation sake maker. Since 2009, Yoshino Shuzo has collaborated with local ume growers to make Ginjo Jikomi Umeshu.
The base of this Umeshu is their own Ginjoshu.
Gentle ume nose to start, not overwhelming on the palate.
Very balanced and sophisticated.
