Microbarrique is the first cognac with an extra finishing in a ten litre French Oak barrel. This innovative maturation process creates a round, sweet and subtle cognac. The crocodile toasting and the small size of the barrel soften the eau-de-vie and make it more supple, with delicious notes of ripped mango, small bananas from the French Carribean, candied strawberries, bourbon vanilla and roasted pineapple.
Hand bottled, no filtration, no additions.
