Pink wine from Baw Baw shire. Mostly Pinot Noir From an Organically farmed hobby vineyard in Warragul West, With a Fraction of Pinot Meunier from Nilma North. Bunches were left whole for a couple of days and then pressed into a single barrique with excess in tank.
