Vinification: Savagnin pressed on arrival at the winery to keep the delicate and fresh character then the juice allowed to settle followed by fermentation of 46 days.
Maturation: Following fermentation and MLF the wine was moved to barrel for 30 months ageing under flor.

Bottled unfined and unfiltered

Colour: Clear and super bright yellow gold
Aroma: Very lifted and complex with finger lime, lemon, sea-spray, nutty notes and hints of flor funk
Palate: Amazing on the palate with exceptional length, weight and texture, retains excellent fresh citrus characters of lemon, lime and mandarin in addition to delicate nuttiness and sea-spray notes.
