100% Carignan from the oldest vines of the estate, which are 76 years old. Made in the traditional Languedoc way, with whole bunch carbonic maceration for 13 days. Afterwards the grapes are pressed off and the wine is then aged in old barrels for 6 months.
Not fined or filtered, and just 10mg/L SO2 before bottling.
Edouard grew up as a child learning to make wine with his Grandad. And so this is a tribute wine, with a nod of respect to our elders.
