Single site Riesling from Whitlands. Devonian rhyolite & rhyodacite-derived soil. Unirrigated vines. Off‐dry style with 31g/l residual sugar. Wild fermentation in stainless. Grapes harvested at two different ripeness levels. A mix of clean free run stainless fermentation and overnight skin contact barrel fermentation in old barriques.
