Some of the vines of Petit Chablis is located in the village of Préhy, close to the cellar, in a locality named "The Lost Time" exposed to the West. The other part of the vineyards is facing south in Chantemerle near the village of Chablis.
Pure Kimmeridgian Jurassic. A mix of clay and limestone fossil.
Chardonnays planted in 1994.
The aging is carried out for 8 to 12 months before filtration and bottling.
Limpid, brilliant golden colour and a zesty bouquet of lemons and white flowers. It is flavoursome upon tasting with well developed flavours of lemon and grapefruit as well as green apples and pears this is all beautifully balanced by a delicate saline minerality with a fresh clean finish which is typical of its Kimmeridgian terroir.
