Sustainably farmed Vermentino from the Chalmers Heathcote vineyard.  
Zingy lime zest and pink grapefruit. 
Aromatic notes of dry florals and some sweet lime zest. 
The bubbles are bright and textural, with lingering minerality on the finish. Delightfully fresh and easy to drink. A perfect aperitif. 
Unfiltered, unfined, vegan. 20 parts sulphur added at bottling.
