Typical indigenous Piedmontese white wine obtained from the same named vine, grown on the sandy of Roero hills. Organoleptic characteristics: a pale yellow color with accentuated a greenish tinge; fruity bouquet, pleasant and delicate; a dry taste, without bitterness and elegant. Excellent as an aperitif or with fish dishes.
It is advised to consume this wine when it is young and at a temperature of 8-10°C
Vinification with skin contact for 36 hours, at low temperature (5°C) followed by a classic winemaking.
