PALATE: Rich Pinot Noir, dark plum with hints of cardamon spice. Whole bunches lead the palate to a fine, lingering tannin finish.
OAK MATURATION: 100% French Oak, 29% new.
AGEING POTENTIAL: Up to 10 years.
WINEMAKING: Hand and machine harvested at optimal tannin, sugar, and acid ripeness. 10% whole bunches, 10 days on skins. Gently pressed to oak for maturation on a small percentage of lees.
