The Tuerong Park range of wines have been created to showcase the iconic varietals grown in our home vineyard on the Mornington Peninsula.
The White Label wines are single vineyard wines made from selected sections of the vineyard to which the winemaker has paid personal hands-on attention and care.
The nose shows sweet cherry, thyme, clove and roasted nut aromas. The palate is concentrated with layered mouthfeel with spicy nuances, the finish is long and satisfying.
The almost perfect growing and ripening conditions of the 2021 vintage resulted in a composed and complex Pinot Noir.
Harvested fruit was fermented in open vats and macerated for 21 days. After pressing and settling the wine was transferred to French oak puncheons and Foudre to relax for 8 months prior to bottling.
The 2021 Pinot has a subtle tannin profile which makes it a great all rounder for food pairing, mushroom risotto and soft cheeses will never disappoint and any duck dish is a go to for this wine.
