100% Arinto from the Bassham Family Organic and Biodynamic vineyard.

Textural and easy-drinking, with notes of lemon zest, fresh pear, nectarine, and a bouquet of floral aromas. Extended maturation on lees has resulted in a soft, rounded mouthfeel with complex yeasty, bread-like characteristics. It finishes dry with a crisp and textured mouthfeel.

Destemmed fruit was basket pressed with full solids to tank for wild fermentation and maturation on lees for 19 months. Bottled, sealed, and labelled on site. Minimal sulphur was added at bottling.
